    Muse Abdi started at Somtel as a security officer after high school but quickly showed curiosity and ambition. With support from his supervisors, he transitioned into billing, excelled as a bill collector, and was promoted to Bill Controller. While working, he pursued finance and accounting studies, later becoming a Payment Accountant. Somtel further supported his growth with scholarships, leading to his promotion as Treasury Manager, overseeing cash flow and financial strategies. Now holding a Master’s in Project Planning & Management and nearing ACCA certification , Muse credits Somtel for turning a simple job into a thriving career.
